We have already gone through Bullish Engulfing and Bearish Engulfing candle patterns.; which are kind of reversal candlestick signals.
Now today lets have look at Indecisive Candle. In other words which may act as an advance indication of reversal trend or exhaustion of an going trend.
Let's have chart look first.
Now lets go though definition of Doji candle first.
Doji candle formation taken place when opening and closing levels are prices are same or are almost same with huge volatility in price movement during trading session. High must be higher than open & closing levels and low must be lower than opening & closing levels.
In all 3 charts above we can see that after opening levels there is huge volatility seen then by closing, price closed just near to opening levels so these candles can be considered as Doji candles.
Now if we see moves thereafter sometime reversal did took place and sometime there is altogether trend reversal.
Please note these candlesticks may or may not act reversal as there are several factors which affects price movement of underlying asset.
